Strictly 18 and over. Anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments cannot lawfully be given to anyone under 18 for cosmetic purposes, and we apply the same rule to every treatment we offer. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and photographic ID may be requested.
Small lesions, gone properly
Plasma skin lesion removal uses a small electrical arc to precisely remove benign skin growths — skin tags, milia, cherry angiomas, seborrhoeic keratosis and other minor irregularities. Because the plasma tip never cuts the skin, treatment is quick, controlled and typically leaves no lasting mark.
What to expect
- A local numbing agent (lidocaine) is applied before treatment
- You may feel mild heat or tingling during the procedure
- A small scab forms within 1–2 days and sheds naturally over 5–10 days
- Scarring is rare with proper aftercare — avoid make-up, intense exercise, swimming and sun exposure while healing

As a nurse-led clinic, we only remove confirmed benign lesions. Any lesion that is suspicious, changing or undiagnosed must be assessed by your GP or a dermatologist first — and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.
