Profhilo is a unique injectable containing one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid (64mg in 2ml). Unlike fillers, it spreads beneath the skin, bio-remodelling by stimulating four types of collagen and elastin. It improves laxity, hydration, and firmness with natural, subtle results.

Hyalace is a skin booster formulated with hyaluronic acid that targets hydration, fine lines, and skin texture. It improves elasticity and radiance by delivering HA directly into the dermis where it can support collagen and hydration.

Skin boosters work gradually by stimulating hydration and collagen within the skin. A course of 2–3 treatments (usually spaced 4 weeks apart) helps build results that are longer-lasting and more effective than a single session. Maintenance treatments every 6–12 months keep the skin looking its best.

Downtime is minimal. You may notice small bumps, redness, or mild swelling at the injection sites for 24–72 hours, which usually settle quickly. Most clients return to normal activities the same day.

Common temporary effects include redness, swelling, bruising, or small lumps at the injection points. These typically resolve within a few days. Rare side effects include infection, allergic reaction, or vascular complications – these will be discussed during your consultation.

Skin boosters are safe for many people, but there are some situations where treatment may not be suitable. They are not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an active skin infection or inflammation in the area to be treated, or if you have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid or any of the ingredients in the product. People with uncontrolled autoimmune conditions, immune suppression, or certain bleeding disorders may also be unsuitable, as well as those taking blood-thinning medication that could increase the risk of bruising. Skin boosters are not advised if you have recently had other facial treatments such as chemical peels, laser, or injectables in the same area and the skin has not yet healed. They are also not suitable for anyone under the age of eighteen. A full consultation is always carried out before treatment to make sure that skin boosters are both safe and appropriate for you.
