Collagen induction, properly done

Controlled micro-injury that prompts your skin to rebuild its own collagen — softening scarring, refining texture and tightening pores, with results that keep improving for months.

Strictly 18 and over. Anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments cannot lawfully be given to anyone under 18 for cosmetic purposes, and we apply the same rule to every treatment we offer. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and photographic ID may be requested.

How it works

Microneedling creates thousands of tiny channels in the skin. Each one is a controlled, precisely-depth-limited injury — and your skin answers it by laying down fresh collagen and elastin. The result is firmer, smoother, more even skin built by your own biology rather than added to your face.

Because it works with your skin's own repair cycle, improvement continues for up to three months after each session. It is one of the few treatments that genuinely improves skin quality, not just volume or movement.

What it treats

  • Acne scarring and post-inflammatory marks
  • Rough or uneven texture
  • Enlarged, congested pores
  • Fine lines and early crepiness
  • Overall dullness and loss of firmness

Boost it further

Microneedling can be paired with exosomes or polynucleotides, driven deep through those freshly-opened channels for markedly stronger repair — particularly effective under the eyes and across the full face. It also combines beautifully with BioRePeel and dermaplaning in a single visit.

As a nurse-led clinic we treat microneedling as a clinical procedure: sterile technique, medical-grade depth control, and honest advice on how many sessions you actually need.

Good to know

Your questions, answered

How many sessions will I need?

For general skin quality and glow, many clients are happy with a single session before an event. For acne scarring or established texture concerns, a course of three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart gives the best result — though you will see improvement from the first treatment.

Does microneedling hurt?

A topical numbing cream is applied first, so most clients describe it as a light prickling or vibration rather than pain. The face is the most sensitive around the forehead and upper lip.

What is the downtime?

Expect redness similar to mild sunburn for 24 to 48 hours, sometimes with slight flaking as the skin renews. Most people are comfortable back in makeup after 24 hours. We will give you full aftercare guidance.

Should I add exosomes or polynucleotides?

They are worth considering where repair is the priority — significant scarring, crepey under-eyes or noticeably compromised skin quality. Hannah will tell you honestly at consultation whether the upgrade is likely to be worth it for you.

Can I combine it with a peel or dermaplaning?

Yes — combination visits stack the benefits and work out cheaper than booking each separately. BioRePeel with dermaplaning and microneedling is our most complete single-visit skin treatment.
