FAQs
Honest answers, before you ask
Everything clients most often ask about treatments, safety and booking. Can't find your question? Call or WhatsApp us — a real person answers.
Safety & standards
Who carries out the treatments?
Every treatment is carried out by Hannah, a qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber (NMC 12J0291E) with advanced aesthetic training. The person who consults you is the person who treats you — nothing is delegated.
Is the clinic accredited?
Yes. Aesthetic Precision is Safe Practice accredited — an independent inspection covering patient safety, infection control, prescribing governance and complication management — and Save Face registered with Platinum Profile Status for 2026.
What products do you use?
Only regulated, high-quality products from established pharmaceutical suppliers — Revolax filler, Profhilo, CLINICCARE professional skincare and prescription-only medicines dispensed through proper prescribing channels.
What happens if something goes wrong?
As a nurse prescriber, Hannah is trained and equipped to manage complications — and the clinic's complication-management procedures are part of its independent accreditation. You are treated by someone qualified to look after you, not just inject you.
Consultations & booking
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes — every treatment begins with a thorough medical consultation covering your concerns, medical history and suitability. For prescription-only treatments this is a legal requirement; for everything else it's simply good medicine.
How do I book?
Call or WhatsApp 07802 778522, or send a booking request through the contact page and we'll come back to you to confirm a time.
Where is the clinic?
At 17 Hardres Street, Ramsgate, CT11 8QD — in the heart of town, a short walk from the harbour. Clients visit from Ramsgate, Margate, Broadstairs and across Thanet.
Can you refuse to treat me?
Honestly — yes. Treatments are approved at the nurse's discretion, and if something isn't safe or suitable for you, you'll be told so and offered a better alternative. That's a feature, not a flaw.
Treatments & results
Will my results look natural?
That's the philosophy of the whole clinic. Treatments enhance your features and soften lines while preserving natural movement and expression — never changing how you look.
How long is the downtime?
Most injectable treatments have minimal downtime — some redness, small bumps or light bruising for a few days at most. Each treatment page details what to expect, and full aftercare guidance is given at your appointment.
How much do treatments cost?
All prices are published openly on each treatment page — anti-wrinkle from £150, filler from £120, skin boosters from £100, facials from £40 and vitamin injections from £20.
Do you treat men?
Of course. A growing number of our clients are men — the natural-results approach works just as well for male faces.
