Advanced Skin Procedures

All of our facials are carried out using CLINICCARE products. These are high-performance cosmeceuticals designed with active ingredients to deliver visible results. They are often considered medical-grade in terms of formulation, but we can confirm this if needed.

This treatment uses a gentle steam machine to open the pores, followed by manual extractions to remove dirt, oil, and blackheads. It’s ideal for anyone who wants a deep cleanse and fresher-looking skin.

Dermaplaning involves exfoliating the skin using a sterile surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and fine peach fuzz (vellus hair). Your skin will be cleansed first, then treated with dermaplaning, followed by moisturiser. This leaves the skin smooth, glowing, and ready to absorb skincare products more effectively.

Luxury Dermaplaning goes a step further, after cleansing and dermaplaning, your skin is treated with a CLINICCARE facial mask chosen for your skin’s needs (e.g. Glow, Refresh, Pure), finishing with hydration.

Microdermabrasion uses a device with fine crystals or a diamond tip to gently exfoliate the outer layer of the skin. This encourages new cell growth, reduces dullness, and helps with uneven texture. The treatment includes cleansing, microdermabrasion, and moisturising.

A MesoTox facial is a skin rejuvenation treatment that combines mesotherapy (tiny superficial injections of vitamins, hyaluronic acid, and skin boosters) with botulinum toxin (Botox®-like ingredients) placed very superficially in the skin rather than the muscles.

Unlike standard Botox (which relaxes muscles to reduce movement lines), MesoTox works in the upper layers of the skin to:

• Minimise the appearance of enlarged pores

• Reduce excess oil production and shine

• Smooth fine lines and crepey texture

• Improve overall skin tone and radiance

The result is a refreshed, smooth, and luminous complexion without altering facial expressions.

A chemical peel uses CLINICCARE professional-grade peels to gently exfoliate and resurface the skin. Depending on the formula, they can help with pigmentation, acne, dullness, and fine lines. The strength is tailored to your skin.

BioRePeelCl3 (35% TCA) is an advanced peel that combines chemical exfoliation with skin-revitalising ingredients. Unlike traditional peels, it provides biostimulation meaning it encourages new collagen and elastin production while peeling away damaged cells. It offers strong results with minimal downtime compared to standard peels.

Microneedling uses tiny, controlled punctures to stimulate the skin’s natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin production. The treatment includes cleansing, microneedling, and soothing hydration afterwards. It’s effective for fine lines, scarring, and overall skin rejuvenation.

This combines microneedling with LumiPRO, a powerful skin booster containing hyaluronic acid and nourishing ingredients. It enhances hydration, firmness, and glow, giving stronger results than microneedling alone.

This advanced treatment combines microneedling with polynucleotides (regenerative molecules derived from DNA fragments). They repair damaged tissue, improve elasticity, reduce inflammation, and promote skin healing — especially beneficial for ageing or compromised skin.

This treatment combines the collagen-stimulating effects of microneedling with the powerful exfoliation and biostimulation of BioRePeel. It’s ideal for advanced rejuvenation, scarring, and pigmentation.

Hair microneedling is performed on the scalp to stimulate hair follicles and improve blood flow. It can be combined with specialist serums to support healthier, stronger hair growth.

Facials may not be suitable if you have:

• Active skin infections, open wounds, or cold sores

• Severe eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area

• Uncontrolled diabetes or certain circulatory conditions

• Recent use of strong acne medications (e.g. Roaccutane)

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding (for some facials, especially chemical peels)

• Known allergies to treatment ingredients

Light chemical peels can usually be repeated every 4 weeks, depending on your skin type and the peel used. Stronger peels like BioRePeel may be spaced every 6–8 weeks. A personalised plan will be discussed during consultation.

Most facials have little to no downtime, but you may experience:

• Redness for a few hours (common with microneedling or extractions)

• Mild peeling/flaking after chemical peels

• Temporary sensitivity to sunlight — SPF is essential after treatments

Downtime is usually minimal, but stronger treatments may require 2–5 days of recovery before the skin fully settles.
