About these terms

These terms apply to training courses provided by Aesthetic Precision Medical Training Academy, 17 Hardres Street, Ramsgate, Kent CT11 8QD, and to the use of this website.

The Academy is operated as a sole trader by Hannah Ruby, Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber (NMC 12J0291E), of 17 Hardres Street, Ramsgate, Kent CT11 8QD. You can contact us at aestheticprecision@outlook.com or 07802 778522.

Eligibility

Our courses are open to appropriately registered healthcare professionals. You must provide your professional registration body and registration number when booking. We verify registration before confirming a place. If you are not eligible, your place will not be confirmed and any payment made will be refunded in full.

Booking and payment

Payment of the full course fee confirms your booking. Places are limited — typically to two or three delegates — and are allocated in the order bookings are confirmed.

Cancellation and transfers

Cancellations, refunds and date transfers are governed by our Booking, Cancellation & Transfer Policy, which you confirm at checkout. That document sets out the notice periods and the amounts refundable in each case, and takes precedence over any summary given here.

If we have to cancel or postpone a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of everything you have paid.

Live models

Supervised live-model treatment forms part of practical training. The treatments carried out on any training day always depend on the individual model's clinical assessment and suitability, and no specific treatment or area can be guaranteed in advance.

Certification

Certification is awarded following successful completion of the course. Attendance alone does not guarantee certification where competency requirements have not been met.

Your practice after training

Training supports the development of your knowledge and skills. You remain professionally responsible for your own clinical practice, for working within your scope and registration, and for holding appropriate indemnity insurance.
