Aesthetic Precision Medical Training Academy ("we", "us") is a professional training provider operated by Hannah Ruby, Independent Nurse Prescriber (NMC 12J0291E), at 17 Hardres Street, Ramsgate, Kent CT11 8QD. Information we collect

Through the enquiry form on this website we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the course you are interested in, your professional registration body and registration number, and anything you write in the message field.

We ask for your professional registration details because our courses are only open to appropriately registered healthcare professionals. We use them to confirm your eligibility before a place is confirmed.

Our web server also records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of normal operation and security.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to verify your eligibility to attend, to confirm your place and dates, to send joining instructions, and to administer your training and certification. We do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and administering training we provide.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the Academy — for example our website host, email provider and, where applicable, our CPD accrediting body for certification purposes. Registration details may be verified against the relevant public professional register.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our own records. Training and certification records are kept for as long as required for professional and insurance purposes, then securely deleted.

Your rights
