How we train

Good aesthetics education should never feel rushed

Why we teach this way

There is a lot to learn — and it deserves time.

Developing a new aesthetic skill involves more than learning a technique. Assessment, anatomy, product knowledge, treatment planning, complications and safe clinical practice all play an important part.

That is why our training is deliberately focused, practical and delivered in small groups. Course content is structured around the treatment being taught, giving delegates the time and support to consolidate their knowledge and gain meaningful hands-on experience with live models.

Our aim is for you to leave with more than a technique. We want you to understand how to assess, why you are treating and how to make safe, considered clinical decisions with confidence.

The approach

What that looks like in practice

01

Two to three delegates

Practical groups are intentionally small, so there is more opportunity to ask questions, work directly with your trainer and gain meaningful supervised practical experience.

02

A full day per treatment

Foundation Botulinum Toxin and Foundation Dermal Filler each have their own dedicated practical training day, rather than being compressed into one.

03

Learn before you arrive

Selected courses include structured online pre-learning, so your face-to-face day concentrates on assessment, treatment planning, technique and practical application.

04

The whole patient journey

Delegates are involved in consultation, facial assessment, clinical photography, mapping, treatment planning, product preparation, injecting, aftercare and documentation.

05

Clinical reasoning, not recipes

Training focuses on anatomy, indications, contraindications, product selection, complication awareness and knowing when treatment is not appropriate.

06

Support after the course

Ongoing post-training educational support is available to Academy graduates, alongside exclusive discounts on selected professional products.
